Carousel Foam specialise in Memory Foam and Orthopaedic supports. With our vast experience creating products that offer incredible support and comfort, we now manufacture roll out mattresses, which are great guest beds for all ages. Our mattresses are very similar to futon mattresses in design and size, although we fill ours with Memory Foam crumb to add extra comfort & orthopaedic qualities. These mattresses are suitable for futon frames, please see the available mattress sizes below. The Memory Foam filling is of a soft / medium density (50kg/m3). We ensure the mattresses are well filled with memory foam to ensure they are as comfortable as possible, providing the necessary support to wake up feeling refreshed and relaxed. The mattresses are filled so that they are approximately 10cm in thickness. The covers are non removable and are made from 100% cotton. The mattresses are easy to roll up & store, thanks to the handy velcro straps that are attached to the cover. All our products are manufactured under one roof in Manchester and we only use British made materials.
