Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the customer has 14 days from the day after the receipt of the goods to notify us of any decision to cancel the contract for a refund. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This cost is estimated at a maximum of 40% of the retail value of the goods (up to a maximum value of £80 per transaction). Where home assembly of the product has commenced, under regulation 34 (9) of the Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013, the goods value will be considered to have diminished by consumer handling. Once our agent has collected and returned the goods, an assessment will be carried out on the item. Based on that assessment, all or a portion (up to the full retail value paid for the item) may be deducted from the amount reimbursed to you.
