Supplied with 4 freezer packs which are frozen overnight and then placed underneath the stainless gastronorm tray and inside the black plastic outer tray.
Keeps food at the FSA recommended temperature (<8°C) from 4-6 hours depending on ambient temperature.
Also available with 8 freezer packs to extend the chilling period.
